1. Service-Based Business

Just the Little Thing Co. provides handyman services and consultations. As a service-based business, we do not offer refunds once work has been completed and payment has been received.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our work. If a service is not completed properly or an issue arises that is determined to be our responsibility, we will return and fix the problem at no additional cost.

3. Timeframe for Fixes

Clients are eligible for a free fix or correction within 1 year of the original service date, provided that:

• The issue is directly related to our work

• The damage was not caused by misuse, third-party interference, or natural wear and tear

4. Consultations

All consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has occurred. If you need to reschedule a consultation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel a scheduled service or consultation at any time before the appointment without penalty. However, we do not issue refunds for completed work or missed appointments.
